Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

What others are saying…
Yvette is a professional, experience partnership. Able to manage as Team Leader. It was a real pleasure to work with you. The Audit monitoring was always performed on time and you were still attentive to improve processes and practices through your organization.
Yvette is very passionate about marine crewing and assisted me very much without ever complaining. She is focused and dedicated to her clients and work equally, which makes her exceptional.
Yvette has a comprehensive understanding of maritime training within South Africa as well as other African countries (such as Nigeria, Angola and Congo) and is passionate about training within the industry. She is exceptionally hard working and results driven. She is often able to bring fresh, innovative solutions to problems that arise both within and outside the organization.
Yvette and I participated in the national maritime strategy workshop aimed at developing human capital for the maritime industry for the past year and we recently collaborated in drafting a strategy document for this workshop. In doing so I have found her to be knowledgeable, professional and highly committed to issues relating to crewing and training and would recommend her highly and wish her every success with her new crewing and training endeavours.

Southern Cross aka Crux
Of all the Constellations, the Southern Cross is the smallest in area, it is however one of the most significant! It indicates the estimated position of the South Celestial Pole, the longitudinal bar of the ‘Crux’ points almost exactly towards the South Pole of the sky – used by many seafarer’s to navigate their way.
MTE aims to be an equally significant role player in the Maritime industry of the broader Southern Hemisphere, despite our humble beginning!
